SAFE AI ADOPTION FOR LEADERS (half day, executive and product leadership)

How AI changes your risk: the AI insider, copilot and agent permissions, data leakage, and vendor claims worth challenging. What to approve, what to refuse and how to govern AI use without stifling the teams building with it.

 

FOUNDER & TEAM SECURITY ESSENTIALS (two to three hours, whole team)

The practical hygiene that stops most breaches and passes most due-diligence questionnaires: identity and MFA, device and laptop security, SaaS sprawl and access reviews, secrets and code, phishing and social engineering, and what to do in the first hour of an incident.

 

HOW IT WORKS

Delivered in person or remotely, as standalone sessions or as a programme spread across a quarter. Every session ends with a short action list your team can complete before the next board meeting, and we can follow up with a vCISO retainer or a due-diligence readiness review.
